Rаim Bud

LLC "Raim Bud" is located in the city of Lozova, Kharkiv region. 

 

 

 Lozova is a large railway junction, equidistant (150-180 km), from such regional centers as: Kharkiv, Donetsk, Poltava, Dnipro, Zaporozhye.  

 

 

   We are a manufacturer of building materials, namely hyper-pressed facing bricks, façade and finishing tiles, which in the period of post-war reconstruction will be a very popular material. 

 

 

   Our products are environmentally friendly, since the production process uses hyperpressing technology that does not require further firing and other heat treatment, which significantly reduces the cost of the final product, and the raw materials are limestone screenings and cement.      The production process itself is waste-free, waste is recycled and re-added to the mixture, and emissions into the atmosphere are completely absent.

 

 

  The raw material base for the manufacture of our products is located 20 km from the enterprise, for the delivery and loading of raw materials we use our equipment, which makes its transportation relatively inexpensive.

 

 

   We have at our disposal a territory (about 3 hectares), a raw material base and infrastructure (including a railway branch) that allows us to place additional production, namely: 

 

 

  1. Production of ordinary brickS M 100 by firing-free technology that does not require such energy carriers as gas and coal, which, accordingly, does not carry any emissions into the atmosphere and environmental pollution, since all waste is processed and launched back into production.

    This brick will be in demand in the market, due to its low cost and good quality indicators; 

 

  2. Production without autoclaved aerated concrete. Does not require autoclave processing and, accordingly, additional energy costs;

 

 

  3. Production of paving slabs and curb stone.

 

 

 It is these materials that will be one of the most popular in the post-war period. 

 

   Also on our territory there is an opportunity to place warehouses and create a dealership of building materials.

 

   Our company owns construction and motor vehicles: dump trucks, cranes, excavators, front loaders, forklifts. This gives us the opportunity to participate in the reconstruction and construction of destroyed infrastructure.
